HR Administration
We provide comprehensive HR administration services, aligned with the latest legislative and technological requirements:
- Preparing and managing personnel files: employment contracts, addenda, job descriptions, decisions, and specific documents;
- Drafting Internal Rules and the Collective Labor Agreement (where applicable);
- Consulting and support in dealings with the Labor Inspectorate, including during inspections;
- Maintaining and updating the electronic employee register (REVISAL) until the transition to the new system;
- Data transfer services from REVISAL to REGES Online, in accordance with Government Decision 295/2025;
- Enrolling the employer company in the new REGES Online system, which will become mandatory;
- Under Government Decision 295/2025, the previous Government Decision 905/2017 will be repealed within 6 months of the new regulation entering into force, and Revisal will be fully replaced by REGES Online;
- Keeping employee documents up to date, updates, and electronic archiving;
- Guidance on the rights and obligations of employers and employees.
